I implemented plgpsm privately (it's based on plpgsql) - I sent patch for 8.3, but from some reasons isn't possible add this language to core - so I moving this project to public repository.
The PL/pgPSMproject is a PostgreSQL Community project that is a part of the pgFoundry.
